McMillan Adult Day Care Center provides care and supervision, monitoring of general health, social interaction and peer contact for the impaired or socially isolated adult.

The center may help physically, mentally and emotionally impaired adults to remain in the community.

By supervising and assisting in physical and mental exercises, we can maintain, or improve their level of functioning allowing them to remain at home with loved ones for a longer period of time.

The center's staff provide care for individuals who cannot be left alone during the day, but don't require 24 hour institutional nursing care. Our services may allow family members to return to work, to shop, or to have free time to themselves for varied reasons.

We will be happy to talk with you, answer your questions, and provide you with application and registration materials.

McMillan Adult Day Care Center is a social service program of the West Central Indiana Economic Development District, Inc. and Area 7 Agency on Aging and Disabled.

Funding is provided through a Social Service Block Grant, Medicaid and CHOICE Funds, a grant from Vigo County Council and Commisioners, the United Way and project income generated from a variety of sources and activities.
