Darwin Dorr, PhD, is a Professor of Psychology and Program Coordinator for the doctoral program in community-clinical psychology at Wichita State University. Various past appointments include Clinical Professor of Medical Psychology at Duke University Medical Center and Director of Clinical Psychology at Duke's Highland Hospital. His many publications and interests have focused mainly on personality and its relationship to psychopathology. Recent publications include "Clinical Integration of the MCMI-III and the Comprehensive System Rorschach", published in the Millon Inventories volume. Dr. Dorr has many years of experience in assessing and treating personality disorders. A chapter on the integrative treatment of Antisocial Personality Disorder is in progress.
The Southern Maryland Study Group
Now in its third year, focuses on treatment issues and
case conceptualization.
There are a total of eight members, with no charge but the energy used in learning
together.

Theodore F. Grant is active in the Maryland Psychological Association and with the Washington School of Psychiatry's Group Psychotherapy Program. In addition to personality disorders, he is also interested in cultural factors in psychotherapy. He recently presented a workshop for the American Academy of Psychotherapists on using the biographies of therapists as a means of understanding the lifecycle. He is currently vice-chairman of Legislation for the Maryland Psychological Association. He practices in Bethesda, Maryland, and with his wife, Debbie, in Soloman's Island.
Debbie Matthews has a forensic and clinical practice in Solomans Island and Annapolis, Maryland. Her forensic practice involves extensive court-related referrals, including domestic relations and criminal cases, and testimony as an expert witness. The MCMI-IIIis often used as a primary evaluation tool. She specializes in group therapy for sex-offenders and in anger management. She is qualified as an instructor for the Maryland Correctional Institute and provides workshops for state agencies. She is Past-president of the Southern Maryland Psychological Association.

Jack O'Regan, PhD, is Dean of the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, and holds a Diplomate in Counseling Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. He teaches objective and projective personality assessment, and recently presented a workshop for the Minnesota Psychological Association on integrating the MCMI and MMPI. Dr. O'Regan has worked in forensic psychology, community mental health centers, medical centers, and private practice settings. His particular interests include personality assessment and personality disorders.

Erik Simonsen was born in 1949. He received an M.D. from the University of Copenhagen in 1975, was authorized as a General Practioner in 1980, and specialized in Psychiatry in 1989. From 1984 to 1991 he was an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen. Currently he holds several posts. He has been Chief Psychiatrist at Amtsygehuset Fjorden, Middle District since 1993, and Medical Director, Institute of Personality Theory and Psychopathology (IPTP) since 1989. From 1988 to 1995 he was General Secretary and Treasurer for the International Society on the Study of Personality Disorders (ISSPD), and he is now President of ISSPD, since 1995. Erik has served as member of numerous scientific committes for international conferences. He has published about 30 articles, mostly on issues concerning the evaluation of psychotherapy, psychiatric classification, the validity and reliability of Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI), and commitment for treatment.
